Hi. 
It seems like there is crawling with life all over and around the crater-lake. To the North, Northeast, East and Southeast is there city-like structures all over. And as showed above and elsewhere http://johnlearsmoon.myfastforum....g_Face_of_Tsiolkowsky_about9.html- is there city-like structures to the Southwest and a possible dam-like structure to the West. And all the way from the edge of the eastern crater, is harbour-like structures, and city-like structures sloping down towards the Sink-hole, ( Sink-hole name given by Jack Arneson in his very exiting explanation about the Apollo photo AS15-94-12741 Tsiolkovsky)http://www.boomslanger.com/apollo15.htm
Anyway! - this picture and all the others are heavily processed! So Itīs almost impossible to figure out whatīs really shown in the image. But if we keep digging and searching and near-study the first digital-photo-copys, presented on the web. (And before replaced with further digital-changings!) - we should have a chance for finding anomalies and overlooked evidences!

Hereīs a view of the Sink-hole from South, and I believe there is more true structures and more clarity in these two images than the earlier shown. (It gives the evidence for much better images of the area, do exists!) At least itīs a further step towards a better understanding of the area! (for us outsiders)
The area covered in the picture is about 24 x 12 km.

Look at the focal-point and the surface-terrain in the picture. Jack Arneson actually detects the tubes and rilles in the AS15-94-12741 HR picture. Although they look like hair or fibers! But as you see in this photo, they are actually tubes, rilles and pipe-lines! - A very good detection from Jack.
My personally opinion is that some of the pipe-lines shown are actually going all the way to the lake-area about 20 km to the West - And some of them look like they could be some kind of transport-tunnels! - But we can keep guessing!

Here is another view of Tsiolkovsky Eastern edge. (lakebed or harbour-facility)
The image is a blown-up of AS15-M-0754. Can anybody tell what those kidney-like round objects are? - Transport-vehicles? Cranes? Building-facilities? - (The diameter is about 300 meter.)
