Strange star-like objectHere is a question for you,
The other night I was outside in my front yard at about 11:30pm and was having a cigarette and looking at the stars. I do this a lot and am somewhat familiar with the contellations and the areas in the sky that they should be in.....now on this particular night, I looked up and saw a very bright star..or what I thought was a star...and it was not one that I had seen before and seemed really out of place.....I continued to stare at this "star" for about 10 more seconds...then it just shot directly away from me and out of sight. Now I ask you...what could this have been?...could it have been man made?...is there an explaination for it other that alien? I have not been able to get this out of my mind since it happened.  ..I would really appreciate anyone's thoughts as to what this could have been. thank you.
