This is Kepler also called Rampart by enterprisemission and Steve Troy.
The circle on the left is the mining operation. In the circle on the right you can see a rectangle which is mask.
This is the same view from a photo published in a Canadien book of pictures of the moon published in 1969.
the circle on the left contains the mining operation with roads and equipment. The circle on the the right contains some arches that had to be masked in the NASA rleased version of this photo.

In one of those circled items, there is a little more being hid in there I think.
It looks like some sort of vehicle out for a cruise going down that slope (bottom-right-centerish). Of course it could be a couple of big boulders that rolled down the hill, but because there seems to be 2 about the same size right beside each other, I am thinking it is not 2 boulders... What do you guys think? Over-active imagination?
Without circles and text:
As well, the upper half of this picture seems to show some kind of long slow curve road (or tracks) that encircle some kind of structures, then goes along the top of the ridge toward that "pointy" object in the top left corner that seems to cast a huge shadow. To the right of that "shadow", there seems to be at least 3 or 4 more structures right there... Again, over-active imagination, or is there really something there?
