Nobody asked but.....

Nobody asked but....

An opinion by John Lear

The daytime sky on the moon is not black.

It could be yellow. It could be blue. It could be red.

But it is not black.

The reason for the lie “the sky is black on the moon” is that if it were yellow or blue or red or another color then that would mean the moon has an atmosphere through which the sun rays shine, turning the sky a color.

And if the moon has an atmosphere then it has gravity which holds the atmosphere in place.

If it has an atmosphere and gravity then most everything you have been told about the moon is a lie.

And you have been told a lie.

The atmosphere on the moon is not as dense as on earth but there is wind; there are clouds, lakes, rivers, vegetation and everything else that comes with those things. And it’s the ‘everything else’ part that made the lie so necessary.

Of course these things are not on the side of the moon that you can see, by design.

From the moment it was discovered that the moon had an atmosphere unbelievable amounts of time, money and effort were expended to protect the lie.

Film. Color film, black and white film, still cameras, movie cameras, all had to be engineered to promote the lie. Hollywood movie-type sets had to be built for the Apollo missions because they had to be sure that no accident in filming on the lunar surface was able to catch the color of the sky.

Color photographs were changed through a series of inter-negatives to turn the sky black. Technicians labored literally hundreds of thousands of hours to doctor photos of the moon to turn the sky black, and to eliminate offensive material.

Accidents like the t.v. camera on Apollo 12 being accidentally pointed towards the sun and rendering it useless were engineered to prevent any chance the sky would be filmed in its true color.

That’s why the discrepancy in shadows on many of the Apollo pictures: many scenes were filmed on a set and careful enough attention was not paid to the direction of the shadows cast by the different lights.

Oh we went to the moon alright. Its what we found there that was such a secret. A secret, it was determined, that had to be kept at all costs.

That’s the reason that many of the Apollo astronauts can’t recall exactly what its like to be on the moon because they were subjected to deep, heavy, memory altering hypnosis/therapy to prevent any chance they would remember that the sky was not black.

A sky as black as a pair of “black patent leather shoes” as Alan Bean recalls.

And the ‘contructs’ (as the astronauts described the huge structures, arches, bridges, domes and machinery of unimaginable size that crowded the lunar surface) had to be deleted forever from their memories.

Many of the astronauts rebelled against the lie. They found it difficult if not impossible to accept the need for the lie and struggled to compensate in different ways.

Neil Armstrong, who was the first man on the Apollo program to set foot on the moon, has made very few public appearances since his return to earth. I believe his reason was, “I will not lie for you.” And the loyal, brave, honest, true American, rather than promote the lie, just kept silent.

On July 20, 1994, at a White House celebration of the 25th anniversary of the first Apollo landing on the moon, Neil gave a short, 3 minute speech. He told us, “There are great ideas undiscovered, breakthroughs available to those who can remove one of truth’s protective layers. There are places to go beyond belief.”

I have accepted Neil’s challenge to remove one of truth’s protective layers with this document.

Most of the Apollo astronauts still living probably want the truth to be known. Those that are gone probably did also.

Alan Bean, Apollo 12 astronaut, painted many lunarscapes with the truth for all to see. The bright, yellow, refracted, shining sun. The colors of the soil, a dead giveaway for the ‘dirty beach sand’ described by the Astronauts of Apollo 8. In Beans self-portrait, standing on the moon, we can see the huge lattice-like dome structure high overhead reflected in his faceplate.

The lie has been firmly in place for over 4 decades. The truth is, the daytime sky is not black on the moon. And all that goes with that.

Happy New Year to all.

It's all so....disturbing...

I've always wondered about the position of the moon in it's orbit. How precise it's location is to perfectly block out the size of the Sun during an eclipse. It's not too close, and not too far away, it's exactly in the right location. And from what I've read and researched, there hasn't been any significant decay in it's orbit either.

Hmmm.. curious that thruout all this time, we only have been able to witness (from a earthbound POV) one particular side of the moon although the earth continues it's 24 hour cycle of rotation.

Don't most satillites spin and rotate?

didn't he say that on some late night tv show when asked what it was like to be on the moon, he could only think of black shoes?

i read a few years ago that he said that on a late night talk show when asked what it was like to be on the moon

Alan Bean made that comment to Discover Magazine in the summer of 1994. Discover was conducting a series of interviews with eleven of the Apollo Astronauts.

The exact quote was:

" It looks like a shiny black. It doesn't look like Earth black at night. Up there, space has a real shiny look. It reminded me a little bit of patent-leather shoes. And I kept asking myself, as I looked at it, "Why does it seem so shiny?"

I never heard the story about Alan saying this on a late night talk show. I syspect that would be a planted NAZA story.

or just a bad article i read lol this was like...4 years ago now thank you for clearing that up though, article seemed to have some of the story right (black shoes part anyways) i can't even remember for sure if it was an article on a site or what, i just remembered reading about it years ago on the net that some astronaut and black shoes when he was asked about what it was like to be on the moon

personally i don't see how when you are on the moon, you can't see light, even if the moon doesn't have an atmosphere, the light isn't going to stop traveling to the moon just because it doesn't have an atmosphere

as i understand light from hs science it travels from the stars to earth, what we see is the light from the past, because it takes light time to travel, so what i mean by that is....when we see the big dipper since it's so far away we are seeing the light that traveled here, the image of the stars travels through space to us

so we are not seeing the big dipper as it currently is, we see the past because it's the old light (and thus image of the big dipper)

now the dipper is closer than some planets we see

so if i know what i am talking about (not sure that i do, hs science was easily 5 years ago now)then it should be possible that when the hubble sees a universe far far away it sees the old light and basically sees the past?

or am i totally off here?

also if i didn't explain myself well just tell me and will try again

but with my understanding of light just because there is no atmosphere doesn't mean there is no light traveling to the moon from the stars

thank you again for your time Mr.Lear

I know one thing Richard Hoagland seems to mention quite alot is that the moon dont have a atmosphere because stars dont twinkle when the moon passes in front of it, but I dont think its a valid answer because we all know planets dont twinkle, but how can we know based off of that when we looking through Earths atmosphere to begin with? maybe the moon if it has an atmosphere has a very stable atmosphere to where stars dont twinkle anyway, theirs alot of questions put into this now rather then the logic that it dont have an atmosphere because stars dont twinkle when they move beside it.

There is a thin atmosphere on the moon. Thin but breathable. You can see the stars at night just like on earth.

If the moon had no atmosphere the stars would be incredibly bright and would have shown up on many of the Apollo photos and film

But the fact is that the Apollo flights landed in the daytime and the daytime sky is a saffron color and you cannot see the stars in the moons daytime sky.

The reason all of the Apollo films and photos of the sky are pitch black is that the color of the sky has been airbrushed out.

And that is also the reason that a lot of the Apollo moon shots were faked in a studio here on earth. They didn't want the public to know the daytime color of the sky.

Here is a photo of the Crater Copernicus with a simulated exact color of the sky on the daytime on the moon.

The argument that there cannot be an atmosphere because there is no occultation of stars fails for 2 reasons.

One, is that studies by Pickering, Firsoff and others have shown that there is indeed occultation and,

Two, the moons atmosphere is thin and very, very clear. No contamination at all. Therefore there is nothing to cause muc of an occultation.

Thanks for the post.

John,do you belive that the far side of the moon may contain a structure which allows entery into the moon "ship"?If so what do tou speculate might be inside.

There are  many entrances which allow entry to the vast laboratories and other facilities beneath its surface. These entrances are on both the farside and nearside.

Check out, "The Hidden Mission of Apollo 17" in which Cernan and Schmidt explored "Nansen" a large entranceway on the South Massif in the Taurus-Littrow area. The rectangular entrance is about 1700 feet in length and about 600 high.

Surely not air you can breathe?! It's enough of a stretch for me to accept that there could be any air there at all. The air pressure would be so low!

Even Mercury has a trace of atmosphere, so I'm willing to suspend disbelief and run with this.

If the sky is that shade of saffron what make the air turn yellow at mid-day. Smog? Sulfur?

Yes, the moon has air you can breathe. Its like about 18,000 foot altitude on earth. You have to go through a 24 hour decompression to stay there any length of time.

Mercury also has a breathable atmosphere.

I am not sure what causes the saffron color. It is definately not smog.

And how many miles strong would be the moons "crust"?. Cus after all it seems to be a hollow thing.

Miles is a unit of length.

'Miles strong' is neither a measurement of strength or length or a combination thereof.

The density of the Moon is alleged to be 3.34 grs/cm3 which is essentially a WAG and offered only because the earths alleged average density is alleged to be 5.5 grs/cm3. The earths crust is really only 2.7 grs/cm3.

However the moon is hollow and so is the earth. Not hollow like a tennis ball but with vast caverns beneath their surfaces in which beings of all types work, live and play.

Hello John!  Thanks for the email! I just got signed up, I'm glad I FINALLY found you!!! Very Happy  I read through a bunch of your threads on ATS and have been listening to a bunch of your interviews and always had so many questions I would love to get your input on.  SO, where do I begin?  Ive always wanted to know if you had any inside info on the Mothman and/or the Men In Black and their appearance in Point Pleasant WV in the 60's.  If you don't have any handed down info I would still love to hear all you can say on the subject.
Fear&LoathingInLasVeg

Also John,  If you could pick any one book for me to read regarding UFO's The Moon, Gov. Conspiracies, or Remote Viewing.  I would sure love to know any good reads out there.

Forgive me my poor english.
I was asking about the average thickness of the moons shell, or the crust.
But if it is not hollow like a "tennisball" then there must be enormous large caverns.

for some strange reason i think it would be kind of like the inside of a bone

there is a hard outter "crust" and then the inner and softer part where blood flows
Equilibrium

OSS,
very nice, this would look very organic and would be more acceptable as an explanation of the moons interior.
But if we hit such a structure, it won't ring like a bell. And it does, or am i mistaken?(Except, if it would had been hollowed out later)
What would happen then with my idea of a absolut hollow moon, with a several miles thick "fake-crust" covering a pretty cool and massive titanium-alloy shell.

Hm, contemplating my own idea, and asking what force would keep the crust-material from flying away from a hollow body with a metallsurface, this picture comes into my mind of the hollow-earth theory where gravity-measurements in the 19th century, made with mechanical measurementdevices, indicated the earths gravitys center location in 400 miles depth. Giving a outer-shell-thickness of 800 miles.

If this all is true, and we allow in our funny thinking the inner-earthlings to have gravity too, then this means that in 400 miles depth is something going on of interrest.(I will praise the day i understand what gravity is all about)Do i have to burry my funny moon-ideas?

Arent there some "smugled out" fotos showing, on the moon, ruins, high towers,
where the top of the towers are missing? I heard there is such photographic evidence.
And wasn't there a war between some folks living in the atlantic bassin and their brothers
living on the moon at a time that earth was living in a hothouse with a thick,
closed cloudcover so you could not see the stars or the 2 moons, using in this war advanced laserweapons,
that caused the fall of the earths cloudcover ca. 35.000 years ago?
(Remember the shockfreezed mamooths? They were eating daisys Smile, and got shock-freezed in moments. There was this movie from Roland Emmerich, cant remember the title, that showed very nicely these  holes in the atmosphere, causing temperature-drop on the earthsurface to minus 50 degree celcius within moments )

So, the moon as a battlestation in the faar past? I think this is to exaggerated.
Eerie? Yes. Considering all we know about science and our past is pretty much "designed".
I admit that sometimes it might be better not to know. Becouse how would we handle it?
Hey, but this is not the forum for people that want not to know Wink
