Hey all.

After reading and watching a heck of a lot of stuff lately, I found most was self explanatory but, I would like an explanation for Psychic Pulse.

While watching a video, the guest while talking anounced that his house had just been hit by one, a tv turned itself on and I recall hearing a high pitched noise as they were alerted to it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Any further information would help a great deal.

By the information you have already given, I would suspect the speaker was talking about an electrical pulse such as an EMP. But that would not turn the TV on but break it.

I think it was the doco on Duncan O'Finnioan who apparently was part of the PROJECT TALENT program...a real child assasssin trained by Black Ops. He has unique powers of strength both physical and mental and can walk thru walls etc...amazing stuff coming out of the US of A...man we in for big trouble if people like that inhabit this planet!
