The Tsiolkovsky Waterworks.
The area around Tsiolkovsky and the crater itself, Is very interesting! John Lear and Norman Bergrun is/could probably be right when they say and believe that a gravitionally EMVH is stationed at the island! (One theory is that The Moon have been placed and fixed in orbit around Earth, and the motor or propulsion-system used could be centered in the dept of the moon, and a Gravitionally Electro-Magnetic Vehicle also been used for the removal or as a part of that whole system.)
This pic is showing original color of the Tsiolkovsky area, indicating water/Fluid.
And it could be the place from where they lead and mannage the fluid-system and whatever itīs purpose is. (Some pictures indicate that there is a system of lock-gates, sluice chambers for regulating the fluid! In the western part of the Tsiolkovsky crater-lake-reservoir.)
When trying to restructure the area around, it is very important to remember the distance is up to 4700 meter from the crater-bottom to crater-top (Dept). Outer rim height = 1750 meter.The rim-diameter = 190.000 meter.
In order to make some proof behind these statements, one of them could be trying to show evidence of water/fluidum! And show the images of possible sluices or lock gates!.

 When looking at the quality og the image itīs evident that something was supposed to be hidden.
Theory based on some photos from Lunar Orbiter,Clemmentine, Apollo 8, 13,14, 15, 17:
The waterworks is structures to the west of the crater. It seem like a kind of dams or sluices with lock chambers, gates to the inner moon, and from where the fluid from the lake-reservoir is controlled to go into the moon-system and/or out in the craterlake-reservoir.

The water/fluidum could be water mixed with some other organic elements. It could hold different purposes. Cooling, drinking, showering, lubrication and evaporation. Water is rare and must be treated that way! so it could be re-used in a kind of recycling system.
The conditions on the moon must do something to fluid, that we donīt see here on earth, so it could very well be that it must be mixed with some other substances in order to do whatever itīs purposes are.(It could be exiting to hear from some specialists - how water, maybe water mixed with some other components because of the strange sorroundings - or other fluid behave on the moon?!)
Maybe itīs an (organic) atmosphere-producing machine! maybe the water-lake has connection to the inner structure of the moon.
Maybe the whole system has been quiet for billions of years and only awaits for someone to come and start up the processes again!

Think itīs obvious that this area is very important. Alone the indication that almost every mission has been taking photographs from this area. Even the famous Apollo 13! - But it is because of the quality of the images that NASA/JPL is giving us to study, that we are forced to guess and probably waste a lot of good time. But maybe if we are enough to study and find evidence, we can force NASA/JPL to open up for the first and second-generation unaltered-photographs and stop this ridicolous
attempt to fool the citizens forever.

Hi again.
Sorry forgot to show pictures identification.
Picture 1 is a picture from a danish book written in 1969. The author: Asger Lundbak. The book is called: Book of Moon. The pictures is Apollo 8 color images AS08-14-2450 and AS08-14-2447 showing color-unaltered Tsiolkovsky crater.
Picture 2 is showing Hoover Dam on Earth.
